I just love this article


Sitting in my office chair at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon, I begin to feel the aching in my shoulders creep higher up into my neck and the base of my skull.  I absently massage the back of my neck as I try to continue my conversation with a customer.  Holding the phone between my chin and shoulder isn’t helping any, either.  My shoulders and neck feel like they are in a vice.  Nothing makes this tension, stress, anxiety, whatever it is, go away.  Except one thing…

My focus is beginning to slink away from the conversation and work, over to the clock on the wall.  It is 4:05pm.  Fifty-Five more minutes until quitting time.  I know the next 55 minutes will be a very slow 55 minutes, because it happens this way just about every day.

My head begins to ache while I listen to my customer talk…
